Ho scritto questa canzone e poi ho scommesso su 11 meravigliosi artisti del territorio. Io e la mia band abbiamo suonato le ritmiche base, ho cantato prima parte di strofa e primo ritornello e poi ho inviato il brano a tutti, lasciando libertà assoluta al resto del testo e agli arrangiamenti. Nessuno sapeva chi avrebbe registrato cosa e il risultato, beh, è la produzione più divertente ch’io abbia mai fatto.

Un giorno, quando riascolterò questa canzone, mi ricorderò di questo difficile momento col sorriso, e io ringrazio di cuore uno ad uno i protagonisti di questa splendida avventura. Talenti veri, non c’è dubbio.

A noi musicisti - al di là del danno economico - senza il palco, manca la terra sotto i piedi, ma in questo momento non possiamo non dedicare il nostro lavoro a tutti quelli che stanno facendo i miracoli negli ospedali, a chi sta soffrendo molto ma anche a chi non sa più cosa inventarsi a casa e deve resistere.

Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Andrea Dominici che ha realizzato le grafiche e la promo social ufficiale. A Giuseppe Abbati che ci ha regalato un suo quadro per l’occasione e a Lorenzo Conticello che ha fatto un’altra bella copertina. Grazie anche a Mauro Fratoni per aver curato insieme a Giula Besagni le parole del suo intervento e a Gianni Tadini per avermi dato una grossa mano con il mix della batteria.

I wrote this song and then I reached out to 11 wonderful local artists. My band and I played the basic rhythms, I sang the first part of the verse and the first refrain, and then I sent the song to everyone, leaving absolute freedom to the rest of the lyrics and the arrangements. Nobody knew who was going to record what, and as a result, well, it's the funniest production I've ever done. One day, when I listen to this song again, I will remember this difficult moment with a smile.
I would like to thank one by one the protagonists of this wonderful adventure. True talents, there is no doubt. To us musicians - beyond the economic damage - without the stage, there is no earth under our feet. At this moment we can not devote our work to those who are doing miracles in hospitals, to those who are suffering a lot, but even to those who no longer know what to invent at home and must resist.
